10 x 8 week old blue scale quail youngsters, off heat, unsexed.
Blue scale quail are part of the new world quail family and are quite different from the usual Japanese and Chinese painted quail. Much more active and spend a lot of their time up on the perches of the aviary. They have big personalities and become quite tame and confiding with a bit of bribery.
They are winter hardy but need to be kept in dry conditions, they do not cope well in the damp.
