A very chatty African Grey called Chaucer plus cage

Following a recent family bereavement I have inherited a healthy and incredibly chatty African Grey parrot called Chaucer. However, as he lives in a fairly small cage, I would prefer him to have a home where he is able to fly - be that in an aviary or in a private home.
He's around seven years old, born in The Netherlands, and we have the CITES Schedule 10 licence to prove his credentials. He loves head strokes and will stand on your arm in the cage if he's in the right mood, but he's not been let out to fly in the room where he lives for a couple of years.
As for his chatting, he's a very accurate mimic. He'll imitate the birds outside, and sirens that pass by, all the regulars to the office where he currently lives, most telephone noises, and you can sit having a call and response chat with him for hours. He can also swear in Polish…
I think he's great, but I'm currently in no situation to be able to look after him in the way that he deserves, so would love for somebody more experienced in parrot care to take him on and let him live in the way that he deserves.
