RSPB said that the reintroduction of a rare songbird to Cornwall, which started in 2006, has reached a level where no further birds need to be released. At the moment there are 43 pairs living in Cornwall.

This bird can be seen all across Europe and in UK about 860 breeding pairs were counted, most of them found on coastlines in Devon and Cornwall.
