Following an appeal, pigeon feeding convictions were overturned
In December 2011, Monica and Janet McIntosh were convicted and fined £500 each due to some complaints done by their neighbours at Broadacres, High Harrington, for feeding flocks of pigeons at their home.
According with the neighbours, the pigeons were causing an “intolerable nuisance” with droppings and noise.
Now, after the appeal, the judge Tim Smith considered that there was not enough evidence to convict mother and daughter.
