Two parrots fluent in English and Spanish foil a Florida burglary

A burglary of a home in Florida has been foiled by two bilingual parrots. The parrots speak both English & Spanish. When two men tried to force their way into Minerva Bernache’s house in Palmetto, Florida, the parrots scared them off by yelling and screaming in both languages. Minerva says the parrots regularly ask for money and can mimic the sound of a woman screaming. When police arrived at the scene, they found the two men and arrested them.
