There are of course hundreds of bird books that you could choose to buy if you are a bird book enthusiast but there are a couple of bird books which stand out from the rest. This article will give you information on two bird books that have the best reviews. %%AFC-ADVERT%%

    Collins Bird Guide

There is a new second edition of the Collins bird book which is arguably the most famous book of birds of all time. The original Collins Bird Guide took years to make and the new revised edition doesn’t disappoint. The look and feel of the bird book has improved and there are some new excellent pieces of artwork to be found inside.

The first edition of the Collins Bird Guide redefined the field guide as it combined art with valuable identification snippets. This European and British book of birds sold over 250,000 copies in Britain alone and is a great buy for any keen bird watcher.

Lars Jonsson – Birds of Europe

The Lars Jonsson bird book is a top recommendation. There is lots of information on European birds in this bird book and the illustrations are particularly beautiful. The paintings in the book are so lovely they could have been painted for art’s sake alone.
